Foundation Le Solstice Tanzania (“we,” “us”) is a foundation registered in Tanzania. We run a sponsorship program that supports vulnerable students. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. For data protection matters, we are the data controller.

We are registered with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Commission as a data controller and data processor, under registration number 0-000-000-137.

2. What we collect

Email address, when you subscribe to our mailing list.
Basic technical data, such as browser type and device, which Wix collects automatically to run the site and keep it secure.

We do not use third-party analytics tools. This website has no forms, accounts, or donations, so we collect nothing else.

3. Why we collect it

To send you updates and blog posts about our program, only with your consent.
To keep the website working and secure.
